The YS-YSS hydraulic three-roll mill operates based on shearing, extrusion and grinding forces between three rollers. Combined with coordinated hydraulic and digital control systems, it achieves efficient and refined processing of medium and high viscosity materials.
During operation, the motor drives three rollers to rotate at different linear speeds via the transmission system. Materials enter the gap between the front and middle rollers from the feed inlet, undergoing initial dispersion and grinding under shear and extrusion force. The materials then flow into the gap between the middle and rear rollers for secondary fine grinding. With progressively increasing roller speeds forming a steady velocity gradient, particles are refined gradually under combined shear force from speed difference and constant hydraulic pressure, reaching the required grinding finality.
