Overview of vibration fluidized bed dryer equipment


The ZLG series linear vibration fluidized bed dryer is a new type of dry (cooling) equipment developed on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining more than ten years of drying experience. It has been widely used in all walks of life. The vibration and fluidized bed not only has a good drying function, but also can complete the grains, cooling, spraying a small amount of liquid, screening and transportation according to the needs of the process.


The vibration fluidized bed is an improved hot air -to -line dryer. When working, the excitement provided by the vibration motor or other methods makes the material jump forward on the air distribution board. At the same time, it is contacting the heat air sent under the distribution board to perform heat and quality. The lower box provides a stable wind chamber for the bed layer. Adjust the infiltration fan, keep the upper part of the bed in the upper box, maintain a slight pressure, maintain a good drying environment and prevent dust from leakage. The air distribution board supports the material and distributes the hot air evenly.

working principle

The vibration fluid bed dryer is an increase in the vibration of the bed layer on the basis of material fluidization, so that the material has a process of throwing and looseness. The two are organically combined to achieve the effect of the bottom layer fluidization.


The difference from the traditional fluidized bed dryer is that the material transportation and fluidization of the general fluidized bed dryer is completely completed by the help of wind (hot air), and the vibration fluid bed is mainly completed by vibration power. In this way, the minimum fluidization speed of the material can be reduced, especially the granules close to the bottom of the material layer, which improves the fluidization quality of the particles on the distributed board, and makes some difficulty fluids perform normal drying operations.

Performance characteristics

  1. Because the vibration is applied, the minimum fluidization air speed can be reduced, so it can significantly reduce the amount of air demand, and thereby reducing the dust tape. Decrease, the energy saving effect is significant.
  2.  It can easily rely on adjusting the vibration parameters to change the material in the dryer. Its piston -type operation reduces the granularity uniformity and regular requirements of the material, and is easy to obtain uniform drying products.
  3.  Vibration helps the material dispersal. If the appropriate vibration parameters are selected, the materials that are prone to reunion or generate grooves in general fluidization beds may smoothly and dry.
  4.  Because there is no intense return, the airflow speed is also lower than that of the common fluidized bed, and it is less damage to the material particles. Materials that require no destruction of crystal or brightness on the surface of the particles during drying.
  5. Due to vibration, noise will produce. At the same time, the life span of individual parts of the device is shorter than other types of dryers.

Equipment improvement

Based on the experience of users, we have made bold improvements in the structure of the traditional vibration fluid bed, and other simple small adjustments will no longer be described. There are mainly the following points:

  1. The equipment adopts the form of segmented air, and the pre -drying section, strong drying section and cooling section are designed.
  2. The equipment adopts the fast -loading structure of the upper and off -bed, which can easily and quickly clean the main parts of the host;
  3. In the form of equipment in the equipment, we have changed the traditional folding air, and adopted the downwind to ensure that it can be evenly reasonable when reaching the bed surface, ensure that the material is heat and uniform, the product is uniform, and the system resistance is small.
  4. The expansion of the body box is used to reduce the exhaust pipes on the bed, which can be discharged, reduced the cleaning point, and improved the drying effect.
  5.  According to the drying characteristics of the material, the bedboard of the fluidized bed adopts the tongue -shaped bed plate structure. The wind direction is consistent, the pressure drop is small, the material is uniform, fast, and no leakage.
  6. The system adopts the design of dry and cooling binding bed structure, which has large output and strong adjustable. In addition, in the cooling system, a freezing dehumidification device can be used to force the inlet wind to cool and dehumidify to ensure the cooling effect of the material and prevent the recovery phenomenon during the cooling process.
