The working principle of a circular vacuum dryer
The so -called vacuum drying is to heat the drying material under vacuum conditions for heating and drying. If the vacuum pump is used to use the vacuum pump, the drying speed is accelerated.
Note: If the condenser is used. The solvents in the material can be recycled by condenser. If the solvent is water, no condenser can save energy investment.

Round vacuum dryer performance characteristics
◎ The boiling point of the material solution under the vacuum is reduced. Increase the heat transfer driving force of evaporator. Therefore, a certain heat transfer can save the heat transfer area of ??the evaporator.
◎ The heat source of evaporation operation can be low -pressure steam or waste heat steam.
◎ The evaporator has less heat loss.
◎ Disinfection treatment can be performed before drying. There are no unsustaining in the process of drying, which meets the GMP requirements.
◎ It is a static vacuum dryer. Therefore, the shape of the dry material will not be damaged.
