Principles of working principle of rotating drum dryer

 (2) After drying, the material cannot resist high temperature, that is, the product will break down and oxidation such as high temperature.
 (3) The drying properties after drying are very small, otherwise the drying materials will be absorbed back from the thermal fluid to reducing the quality of the product.
2. Adverse current: The direction of material movement is opposite to the flow of thermal fluid. It is suitable for the following materials:
 (1) When the water content is high, the material is not allowed to dry quickly, so as not to cause the material cracking;
 (2) The material after drying can resist high temperature and will not decompose, oxidation and other phenomena;
 (3) The drying materials have greater moisture absorption;
 (4) Requires a large drying speed, and at the same time, the product is low.
3. Selection of thermal fluid:
If the dry solid material is not afraid of high temperature, and not the final product, the intermediate process can be allowed to be slightly polluted. The flue gas can be used as a thermal fluid, and the high volume evaporation and thermal efficiency can be obtained. Such as ore, gravel, coal, and calcium phosphate and other materials, the dried dried machine uses flue gas, and its fuel can be coal, oil or natural gas. If the dry material is not allowed to be polluted, the air is used as a thermal fluid. Thermal air is obtained by steam heat exchangers or indirect heating heat furnaces.
