Designed according to the principle of doubling, the use of dry thermal media to make the solid particles dry in the fluidization state is a fluidized bed dryer, also known as the boiling bed dryer.
The drying process of the horizontal boiling dryer is to place powder granular materials on the gas distribution board (such as porosity plate), and send the gas from below it, which will cause the material particles to move on the gas distribution board, and it is suspended in the airflow. The mixed bed layer of the material particles and the gas is like a liquid boiling. On one side of the material particles, it is in contact with the gas in this mixing bed. On the one hand, it is strenuous. This bed layer is called a fluidized bed. Send the hot air to form a fluidized bed, and perform the heat transfer and water transmission between the material and the hot air.
Principles of working principles of horizontal boiling dryer
The horizontal boiling dryer may be the earlier improvement of the boiling bed dryer, which solves the problems such as the complicated and operational control of multi -layer fluidized bed dryers. Due to simple structure, more convenient operation, and good use effect, it was widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and fine chemicals.
The horizontal boiling dryer makes the material from one end and the other end is unloaded. For materials, it is equivalent to multiple square cross -sectional fluidization bed series series system (the gas is mostly parallel). Its main feature is to improve the distribution of material stay time, so that it can be made evenly and dry. For this purpose, some are still installing baffles between adjacent rooms. Another advantage is that it is easy to combine the cooling and drying of the material in the same device, that is, add a cooling room to the tail, packaged directly, simplify process and equipment investment. This type of dryer is currently widely used in industry. The examples of successful applications include pesticide glycuts, citric acid, oxalic acid, chloride rubber, and PVC, PE, PP resin, etc.
Due to the separation of the bedroom boiling dryer, the residential multi -room boiling dryer can adjust the air volume of each room. At the same time, the baffle is added in the fluidized bed to avoid short -circuit discharge from the material, and the moisture content of dry products is more uniform. If the air volume and temperature of each room are adjusted in operation, it can also improve the thermal efficiency or use the hot air in the last few rooms.
Features of Circle Boiler Dryer Equipment
1. Because the gas solids are contacted in the process of gas solid, the solid particles are suspended in the dry medium, so the fluid and solid contact surface are large, and the volume to the heat coefficient can reach 2000 ~ 6000kcal/m3h ℃. At the same time, due to the rapid heat transfer, the processing ability is great.
2. Because the temperature in the fluidized bed is uniform and can be adjusted freely, uniform drying products can be obtained.
3. Because the material retention time can be adjusted in a few minutes to tens of minutes, it can produce dry products with a very low water content.
4. Because the fluidized bed is similar to the state and function of liquid, it is easy to handle and simple materials.
5. The device has no motion components, simple structure and stable operation.
6. The processed materials are limited to a certain amount and have certain conditions.
(1) The particle size of the material is generally more than 30 μm and less than 6mm. The particle size is too small and easy to be sandwiched by the air flow, and the particle size is too large and difficult to flu.
(2) If several materials are mixed together, the density of several materials is required to be closer. Otherwise, the granules with small density are easy to be banded by the air flow than the density, and it will also affect their dryness.
(3) Materials that are too high and easy to bond into groups are generally not applicable.
(4) Materials that are prone to walls and blocks are easy to generate equipment on the wall and clogging bed in fluidization and dryness.
(5) The vertical mixing of the material in the bed layer of the fluidized bed dryer is fierce. Continuous drying of a single -level, due to the uneven stay time of the material in the equipment, the product will not be discharged unevenly.
(6) Materials with beautiful appearance requirements should not be adopted. For valuable and toxic materials, carefully consider perfect recycling devices.


Applicable materials for the sleeper boiling dryer
Medical, chemical raw materials, food, food processing, and dry industry. Such as: raw medicine, crusher particles, Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powder materials. The application of materials is generally 0.1 ~ 6mm, and the better particle size is 0.5 ~ 3mm.
Installation Notes
◎All equipment must be placed flat, fixed with base screws, and all components must be well sealed.
◎The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self-built silencing room. The plane layout can be adjusted according to the specific situation.
