The drum scraper dryer is a continuous drying equipment in the internal heating and conduction. The rotating drum through its lower part of the tank, adheres to a certain thickness film, is transmitted to the inner wall of the drum through the pipeline, transmitted to the outer wall of the drum, and indirectly heating the material film, so that the humidity in the membrane is evaporated and dehydrated, which is wet in wetness. The material of the portion is dry. The dry materials are shovel away from the scraper on the surface of the drum, and the spiral conveyors placed under the scraper are concentrated and packaged through the spiral conveyor.
The drum drying machine is suitable for chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, yeast and other industries. Widely used in: dry products such as rice noodles, oatmeal, α starch, potato powder and other foods are sliced, powder and granular.
Principle of working principle of drum scraper dryer
Drying process: Let the liquid or mud -shaped material form a thin film on the surface of the drum surface of the drum with water vapor or other thermal vectors. The drum turns in a circle and is dry. Use a spatula to scrape the product. And the film is formed to dry.
The drum scraper dryer uses a certain way to spread liquid or paste materials with 0.1 ~ 1.5mm thin film on the drum (hollow metal cylinder). Turning drums can be heated with steam, hot water or heat conducting oil. When the drum turns for a week, the material can reach dry and be scratched from the surface of the cylinder by a dedicated scraper. The drum scraper dryer is generally rotated at a speed of 4 to 6rpm.
The dryness of the paste material is to regulate the thickness of the material and the compressive material layer. It is equipped with a material pressure tight axis in the nearby feed device to make the material evenly spread on the drum. In order to make the material easier to fall off when the scraper is unloaded, the cold air pipe can be used to blow into the quantitative cold air and cooling materials before the scraper.
The performance characteristics of the drum scraper dryer
1. The operation elasticity is large, the adaptability is wide, and the operating elasticity of the drum dryer is very large, which can meet the requirements of a variety of materials and different output;
2. High heat efficiency of drying the drum scraper;
3. The drying time is short. The wet membrane of the drying material on the outer wall of the drum is generally 0.3 to 1.5mm, and the entire drying cycle is only 10 to 60s;
4. Large drying rate: Due to the thin material membrane, the surface of the material film can be maintained by 15 ~ 50kg of water/m2H;
5. Continuous operation, stable quality, saving labor, can get uniform products;
6. It is easy to clean up in the machine, and it is easy to change the variety;
7, tail gas does not bring away materials, no dust removal equipment is required.
