As an initiator for polymerization of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, acrylonitrile and other monomers, it is also used as a blowing agent for rubber and plastics, with a dosage of 10% to 20%. This can reduce the small fluidization rate of AIBN, especially the particle fluidization near the bottom of the material layer, improve the fluidization quality of the particles on the distribution plate, so that some AIBN that is difficult to fluidize can carry out normal drying operation.

6. the system adopts the combination of drying and cooling bed structure design, large output, strong adjustability. In addition, in the cooling system, a refrigeration dehumidification device can be used to force cooling and dehumidification of the inlet air to ensure the cooling effect of the material, and to prevent the occurrence of moisture return during the cooling process.
